Long-term ownerlead workflow.

Owner-occupied homes held 25+ years — life-change candidates.

What it is

The same owner has lived in and held the property for a long time — typically 25+ years, or the ownership predates digital county records.

How it is identified

Owner-occupied flag + long-tenure math. Same basis as the bored-investor list, but for the primary residence.

Why operators work it

Long-term owners are often approaching a life change — retirement, downsizing, relocating, helping kids with a down payment. Reaching out tactfully can surface sellers who aren't on Zillow yet.

Every page should make the product easier to trust: show the real job, show the records involved, then show what the operator can do next.

01

Signal first

Keep the reason for the list visible.

A lead type is useful when the property and owner context stay attached to the signal that made the record relevant.

02

Market aware

Confirm the fields before the handoff.

Coverage and contact readiness vary by market. The workflow should make those states part of the decision.
